Terrible pictures and even worse customer service. I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach someone in the US for three weeks for retakes because the pictures are terrible. They were so nice the day of but impossible to reach. I am furious.
I seriously wish schools would quit using this company. The pictures are pathetic. The customer service will have you ready to to rip your hair out. They could care less about doing their job, probably too busy sitting on their cell phones playing games getting paid for being lazy. They have an impossible automated system and don't answer the phone and if you finally do get lucky enough to get a real person on the phone they have you repeadly spell everything and put you on hold before disconnecting so what should be a simpl... read more
