They are so professional but super expensive regarding senior portraits

Maybe you will read your reviews and actually respond to your customers. My son had his portraits taken on 11/20/21 and we were told images would be available in 10 to 14 days. At the 3 week mark I started calling and emailing the local office, and have yet to receive a response. I even paused during the holidays and reached out again in the new year..still no response.
