While everyone there was nice, we payed for retouching and got everything without any retouching. And the pictures are extra dark. No one has been answering the phones and now it’s “closed for the holiday” so we have no way to even ask what the heck is going on. We can’t give these senior photos as gifts to my daughter’s family and friends. Why is anything run by Lifetouch always such trash?
The photographer's here are really great at what they do and actually care about how your pictures come out so you can have a great memory
I payed 300+ for 6 digital photos only to never receive them, and emailed multiple times without a response and it’s just the same bot replies
Highway robbery, They expect me to pay $300+ for pictures and they couldnt bother to tell me that one side of my sons collar was tucked in on his letterman jacket and not right. No thanks. That just sucks and its very disapointing. Pictures are not even close to good enough to justify the price. They just plop you down take a few photos and send you on your way.
