I went to get my senior pictures done August 7th… I was told I would receive them in 7-10 days and never did. I emailed and they said due to high volume they are behind, yet people that went after me had received theirs I have called and I was told I would receive them in a week, that was back in mid August. My mom just called and they said that we’ll receive them in 7-10 days. They keep telling us that we’ll get them within a certain amount of time and we never do.
The prices for senior photos from this company are outrageous, and feel like they’re taking advantage of such an important milestone. It’s disappointing to see how they’re charging such excessive fees, making it difficult for families to afford these special memories. I’ve never seen pricing like this—it feels unfair and exploitative. 1 Pose, 1 digital image of 1 POSE is $199!! I don't even get a copy just the digital image!
Took my daughter to get her senior/college pics taken and the gown and hood that was used was in poor condition. The hood itself was dirty with makeup stains, and wrinkled. My experience was bad. Hopefully they will read this and inspect what is being used to take pics. Very disappointing and a waste of time!! The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because the girl who took the pics was very nice.
I would give Prestige Portraits -5 stars if I could. I tried placing an order and kept being told my address was not verified and my debit card declined. I never received a confirmation email or number. I spent over an hour chatting with someone to be told I placed the order three times and they cannot cancel the two orders for at least 24 hours.
