I have been trying to order my son’s senior pictures for three days now and it would not allow me to add it to my cart. First off the prices of pictures are absolutely outrageously prices. Being a single parent and trying to make my son’s last memories of high school rememberable is extremely difficult with these prices. I took my senior photos on September 13th. I called around three weeks later as I still had not got them, stayed on the phone for two hours where they said they will send me an email with my new login within 7-10 buisness days. The email wasn't sent so we called again and again they said the same thing. Now it is November 24th and we called for the third time and they informed us that they LOST MY PHOTOS a months ago and just now told me. The price to pay for these portraits is absolutely insane. The fact that if we pay for these and STILL have to have a watermark on the bottom makes me wonder why or even how the hell this is company is running
Their prices are ridiculous just a price hiked up subsidiary of life touch. Kids photos should definitely not be 500 dollars. As you try to send your kids to college and commemorate their achievements they want a half a grand. Shame on you people
I went to get my senior pictures done August 7th… I was told I would receive them in 7-10 days and never did. I emailed and they said due to high volume they are behind, yet people that went after me had received theirs I have called and I was told I would receive them in a week, that was back in mid August. My mom just called and they said that we’ll receive them in 7-10 days. They keep telling us that we’ll get them within a certain amount of time and we never do.
