Best hype people out there
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The photographers are easy going and my son had no problem working with her. We took senior photos in under 15 minutes (mini session) and the pictures look wonderful. Environment is very professional but relaxed and fun.
My son had his senior portraits done today, and I must admit that due to some online reviews, I was apprehensive about what the experience would be like. I am happy to report that the experience was spectacular! We did not have to wait long at all to get checked in and started. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly! The photographers did an amazing job with my son’s grad shots! PLEASE give this place a chance. They are rock stars!
Absolutely horrible service. You can't get a customer service rep on the phone for anything. I have called and left MULTIPLE messages both on a machine as well with other people never have i gotten a call back. I had to go all the way to their office to get someone to help me. They need to do better and need better communication skills.
It was a very nice studio with friendly employees. Also very fast in/out .
