Horrible customer service. This douche in glasses was disrespectful to me and my sister. He mean mugged us twice, dropped my cap for my senior photo and I had to pick it up, he then proceed to say that I’m done and to leave and pointed to I don’t know where and I had to find out where to go myself. He didn’t even show me my pictures. I hope anyone who comes here doesn’t get him as their photographer.
They did a good job on my photos and the fact I scheduled my session at 4:40pm and I arrived like 2 hours early just checking to see if they can already take my photos since I’m already there and they did so good job!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER I WOULD. The front receptionist was very kind and helped me into my outfit, but the photographer was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They did me so dirty!!! They made me lean into the most odd positions which made the angle very odd. These are the most unflattering photos I have ever had taken of me. If you are taking your senior portraits, DO NOT GO HERE (and do not get the asian male photographer) !!! Go to Hayward instead. What a scam this company is - $85 for one picture :-) includes $16 for shipping and handling. Run from these guys. Hopefully they give kickbacks to the school so at least some of the cash goes for productive use rather than this ugly company.
