Horrible experience couldn't even watch my my child special moment. They had me stay in the waitting area is ridiculous. The card reader broke so you had to pay cash. I can't believe this place is even handling graduation portraits. This my 3rd child and never have we felt so ordinary on such a special moment for my child.
Terrible for portraits. Can not get ahold of anyone on the phone. My son had a studio session at Blossom Hill. One male was professional and a good photographer but then a female took over his session and she was not professional and took terrible pictures. Then I tried calling to set up a new session to get an actual session but could not get through since AI could not understand the grade my son was in, so I tried the online chat which was not helpful and spent too much time trying to explain the situation to be told to ca... read more
Horrible customer service. This douche in glasses was disrespectful to me and my sister. He mean mugged us twice, dropped my cap for my senior photo and I had to pick it up, he then proceed to say that I’m done and to leave and pointed to I don’t know where and I had to find out where to go myself. He didn’t even show me my pictures. I hope anyone who comes here doesn’t get him as their photographer.
They did a good job on my photos and the fact I scheduled my session at 4:40pm and I arrived like 2 hours early just checking to see if they can already take my photos since I’m already there and they did so good job!
