All the staff and photographers are super friendly and nice. They always welcome customer service with positive attitude and they provide you feedback on how you could improve your poses.
This is a review of my experience with the photographer Rod and the stylist (blonde woman with curly hair) at the studio only. Both were so kind and encouraging. Rod really worked to capture some nice portraits.
Horrible experience couldn't even watch my my child special moment. They had me stay in the waitting area is ridiculous. The card reader broke so you had to pay cash. I can't believe this place is even handling graduation portraits. This my 3rd child and never have we felt so ordinary on such a special moment for my child.
