The only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because my daughter's photographer at the high school was amazing. Got the kids to relax and made sure the portrait was perfect. My daughter raved about how awesome she was. My daughter's images turned out so well, so I have to give them that. So that is why they get 2 stars and not 1. Had trouble with 2 of my 3 children getting their session booked. XXX high school had a week window in the SUMMER when we were not in town. Called up and they had no special insight and no way to book a better time, just said 'you'll have to do the make up sessions when they become available.' Very organized and detailed. No waiting...they was ready and waiting for us. Excellent customer service...we traveled from LA an hour and a half drive but it was worth it. No hassle, no crowds. Both photographers were great. Will most definitely use them again
