Staff was really friendly at their Palm Desert studio, unfortunately 3 weeks after they can't find mu sons pictures.
Completely unprofessional, they didn't even have my child listed under his school for yearbook photos (happened to may parents). Tried calling them multiple times to no avail, no answer no returned phone calls. And when they finally scheduled a make up dates they charged my child for his yearbook photo to be taken. When I asked about the charge my child said they didn't give him the option of only one pose no charge photo. After talking to other parents their child said the same thing.
