It is criminal to charge people so much and give bare minimum service, the prices are outrageous and was supposed to get 6 poses andonlygot two, they actually mirrored the pose and counted is as a separate pose, THESE KIDS WORK HARD TO EARN THEIR DIPLOMA , and you people give little to no effort in photographing these scholars SHAMEFUL
What a horrible company to work with. My daughter had senior photos taken here. Then they proceeded to lose all record of the photos. There is no one to call. They say you can only get customer service by chatting online with people from a foreign country. There is no way to speak with anyone by phone so we can't get the photos that were taken months ago.
