I am not even sure I would rate it a one star. I am the mother of a senior and completely disgusted. When you spend hundreds of dollars for pictures only to be told that there is no digital download of the "picture" you actually purchased is a huge misunderstanding. I believe that when you make a purchase of said picture that you should get that digital download. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $500 FOR ALL DIGITAL PICTURES when they are NOT ALL GOOD PICTURES! This company never answers the telephone nor do they return phone calls. I called several times in July and August and have never heard from this company. Their website is hard to navigate to view the pictures. My child was given the Session Receipt with the session id number, but we are not able to access the information on the website because it asks for a scheduling code, which we do not have.
