They have the most courteous people i have ever seen at a dealership Walked into the service department and asked were parts was a very nice girl walked me to the parts department I talked to Rudy he had my parts already sitting on the counter that I had ordered from him earlier and also helped me price some other parts for My A4 was very impressed with him and his knowledge was a great experience to see such a customer oriented team GREAT JOB Prestige Audi
Rude customer service on the phone. They also want to make an appointment and pay for a radio pin. Which most dealerships do for free over the phone. It was definitely this location, and the person on the phone had a terrible attitude.
I had an excellent experience at Prestige Audi today at 1:00 PM. From the moment I arrived, everyone was attentive, friendly, helpful, and honest. The entire facility was very clean, welcoming, and filled with beautiful vehicles, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I spent about two hours there with my young daughter, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Pretty good experience here, third buy from them. Only real issue with the most recent deal is that when you buy a brand new luxury car, and they say they're going to detail it prior to delivery, they should actually detail it, not just run it through the car wash and not even dry it.
Osama was one of the best salespeople I’ve had to date! Came in looking at a preowned car, Osama helped answer any doubts I had and let us go on a thorough test drive. Above all, he was able to put the car on a lift so we could check the condition of the vehicle underneath - a level of service not found in many places.
