I am very disappointed in this company. The plumbers were over an hour late and were in my home for less than 25 minutes. They did not have to replace anything or use any of their supplies, as I already had the new drain. Yet, I get a bill for a full hour of labor- $150.00. When I made the appointment I asked how much it would be (as an estimate) and she told me they charge $150 for a full hour of work. After numerous calls for an appointment, we did not receive any replies. After a couple of e-mails to Mike, still no response. Pathetic business model. It would have been nice to at least receive a reply. Not one word from this business after @10 days…..shameful
Prices comparable to other companies. On time. Good work performed. Next day service.
This place is CLOSED now. Their phone number is out of order and was told by others they closed a couple months ago.
