We had a sump pump with battery back up installed February 18th, 2015. This is not cheap so we want to make sure the warranty is secure. Still trying to get a receipt showing what we purchased. "Battery backup system Standard Ion System Option #4 economy" just won't cut it. Need Make/Model/Serial Numbers for pump and back up systems. Still waiting....
