My hot water heater was damaged and leaking water. I spoke to Michael and I must say tat this company is top notch. I was kept informed of the process to change the water heater. Michael and his crew where professional and easy to talk to. My experience with Prestige Plumbing was great and I will for sure recommend Prestige Plumbing to my family and friends.
While, I was very disappointed with the reply from Prestige mgmt. via email when asking about the service charge that was charged me for a backflow preventer test. I will say, the tech was knowledgeable and they are prompt about communicating any scheduling issues and they do reach out to the customer regarding that. My advice to any new clients, before scheduling service, ask what their pricing is for any of the service calls or work to be done as they didn’t freely offer up this critical information during my initial call.
Service technician was professional and very thorough. Excellent service provider.
