As I was leaving for work I accidently hit our backflow preventer besides our driveway. I shut it off at the valve and called at 8 when they opened and explained my situation to the dispatcher. Originally our repair was scheduled for about 30 hours out but we were so fortunate that they were able to move some things around and we had a tech at our house no later than 90 minutes after I called.
