Hello my review is going to stay at 1.star until they fix my upstairs neighbors behavior he is thumping all hours of the night even at 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning and waking me up this is a regular occurrence almost every night it's against their policy here it's complete harassment and I have filed numerous complaints over the email and in person I have also have tons of recordings and have shown this to management and they say they will correct it every time and they never do it's clear to me that I have been targeted her... read more
