Hello my review is going to stay at 1.star until they fix my upstairs neighbors behavior he is thumping all hours of the night even at 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning and waking me up this is a regular occurrence almost every night it's against their policy here it's complete harassment and I have filed numerous complaints over the email and in person I have also have tons of recordings and have shown this to management and they say they will correct it every time and they never do it's clear to me that I have been targeted her... read more

Hello I live on the Felix on the second floor and my upstairs neighbor gets to thump around all day and all night even at 2:00 and 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning and I have video recording of this person doing this I have shown management several times I have called security several times and fact security quit answering my phone calls because I kept complaining so much I realize what's going on and I realize I have been targeted here if this does not change I am going to pursue legal action as soon as possible
I have lived at The Felix for 3 years. Everyone in management is amazing. Absolutely can't say enough nice things about the building. However, upper management doesn't care about the safety of their tenants.. there has been so much criminal activity from one tenant that has resulted in me seeing someone get stabbed outside of the building, and today I saw the cops full shakedown with one of the tenants friends where he had barely any clothing on, they are pulling multiple IDs out of his car, the car looks stolen (no plates),... read more
