THEY KEEP TEXTING ME AND I HAVE TOLD THEM TO STOP. THEY KEEP WAKING ME UP AND COSTING ME MINUTES ON MY PHONE. I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER AND HAVE TOLD THEM SO. NOR DO I WANT TO BE WITH NON RESPONSIVENESS LIKE THEIRS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
I just wanted to say that there was a problem with their phones this morning and I contacted them by Facebook because I could not get through to them. I needed a prescription refilled. They were right on top of it and handled it very professionally. Staff is awesome! Thanks Ami and Brea! :D
Not very nice people on phone. I understood that there were issues with what I needed done, but that could all have been handled in a much more customer friendly way. Very close to what I would call being hung up on. So be aware if you use this place and any issues arise, not really sure how you may be treated. I understood that coupons were no longer applicable to me. And that is what it is. The woman who answers your phone is undoubtedly the rudest person with whom I have ever spoken at any business. Today I hung up on her - the first time I have ever hung up on anyone in my 83 years! Does she have a bad day every day??!!
