The ambulance service was 2 hours late. Totally uncalled for! The service scheduled a patient pick up an hour before shift change. Then performed the shift change without picking up the patient. An hour after shift change the icu patient is still not pick up. The patient was not given a food tray because patient was scheduled to be gone. Will be seeking legal consultation. Very, very poor service! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this ambulance service!
They took my husband to dr. Appointment very professional, on time and very nice fellas Butch and Hunter there should be more people like you in this world.
Company doesn't care about safety or anything really also very shady billing practices
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They treat their employees like garbage, allow us to work /transport patients in unsafe ambulances. I worked there for over a year, picked up shifts when needed. The HR/Manager lies about everything. They mess up your pay and tell you I’ll add it to next check and when that check comes up they say “I forgot” they have a 90 minute hold over rule and if you know for a fact you’ll be held over you can refuse the run but you’ll be wrote up for it. Worse company around for employees and patients. If I could rate LESS than one star I would. Terminate all the good employees they get, or they leave after they find how the company operates. Lower level management is useless and Owners don’t care even after they are notified of the issues. Trucks maintained poorly so good luck if it doesn’t break down or miss your appointment cause there isn’ta vehicle. This should be a LAST RESORT Company if your in WNC or Ellijay/Fannin areas of GA.
