Fantastic service! The girl did an amazing job with pedicure very thorough and attentive. The manicure is fantastic too. Friendly and caring staff.
Pedicure resulted in the lady cutting into my toe nail unecesarrily, causing a lot discomfort and pain. I now have a cut mark on one toe of which I have never experienced in any pedicure over the last decade of getting them. Paid extra for manicure shellac for the first time and my nails are crooked and bumpy. Very disappointed with experience.
Karly was rude and Forceful. I mentioned I had two broken nails and I get Biab.. only overlayed the top of them and said they will make it secure. To which they already split in the same place (this was only done today). I paid $75 which wasn’t worth the money. Disappointed in the customer service and quality of this salon.
