My sister and I came in yesterday we have both been getting regular nails and decided to try this place, we were both left quite unsatisfied. A lot of my nails are crooked the paint job wasn't done very well and she made both my thumbs bleed. My sisters acrylic is bumpy. Definitely not coming back. We got there at 2:40 they seemed like they were rushing and not very gentle.
Really nice ladies but unfortunately the work wasn't good! I got my toes done and got seriously cut. Workers cared for it which I appreciate but now I am left limping and I am going on holiday in a couple of days. ( They did not charge for this service) I was not mad as it was an accident but please train your workers to be more gentle. Also got my nails done and looking at it, it is two different lengths. I came into the salon for BIAB with my 6-month-old baby, and unfortunately, the WHOLE experience was really disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it felt like bringing my baby was seen as an inconvenience. I was feeding him with one hand, and instead of being understanding, the staff refused to start until both my hands were completely free. The photo shows my toenails just done tonight. Honestly, the final result is what bothers me the most ... just look at them! The cuticles weren’t cleaned properly, the nails are uneven in both length and shape, and it just looks completely unprofessional. I genuinely don’t think this can be considered a proper pedicure. I paid $65 for this, and it feels like I threw my money away. Felt very disappointed in my experience last night. It was my first time getting my nails done again since I gave birth 6 months ago and I was very excited. My toes were fine but I was most excited for my full set of acrylics. However they were done poorly by Karly. She was very rough pulling and pushing my hands, and she rushed through the whole thing.
