most painful experience of my life, the ladies nails kept digging into my skin and she was filing down my nails so much it was bleeding she was super rough and rushing
Rude, arrogant made me feel Soo uncomfortable, keep shopping around as it's not worth the cost of having a terrible manicure and even worse experience
Just had my daughter’s nails done, lovely ladies in the studio. Very gentle, made a lot of effort with the design. Will be back
The tools, towels, files etc. were all dirty. No proper hygiene protocols followed. The lady dug into my sidewalls and cut out nail which is not the scope of practice for a nail tech. Extremely unhygienic, unsafe and I hope I don’t end up with an infection. Not to mention she was rough, didn’t ask if the length was okay, the massage pressure was soft and she was quite rude.
Always perfect.
