I purchased a 2009 Ford Taurus X crossover with 47K miles. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. The car is absolutely beautiful. Josh worked with us to make sure we were happy the car and resolved any issues we had. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. They went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Customer Service is awesome. Very different from 90% of dealers used in the past.
Let me assure you they do NOT do any inspection on their cars. I bought a car from them and it broke down one month after warranty. Bad transmission. They did not offer ANY help whatsoever. My son took the transmission fluid out and it was black, and beyond black. The mechanics that looked at it told us the fluid was in bad shape. Beware! The power steering broke down as well.
