I wish I could give zero stars but Google made me choose one. The middle-aged woman that sits in the back with the headstones is a very distant, rude, unfeeling and condescending person. Her attitude is horrible. When someone comes there, it's already an emotional time. No one comes there to plan a birthday party. My family will take our business to Detroit Memoria...thanks for nothing. If I know someone is going to this business, I would discourage them.

If you are in the market for a monument then you know there are only a few places in the area to choose from. Prestige monument did have a few different types of monuments on site to look at and there were quite a few on the loading dock out back. Their prices were comparable to other places in the area and it definitely had more of an " old school feel " inside. Some of their lead times for completion seemed a little longer than others. Definitely worth stopping in to check out what they have

We placed our order for a slab in October of 2021, its almost a year later and no one is giving any updates on it, hasn't arrived yet, no one knows anything. Called during business hours multiple times, no answer. Do your business somewhere more professional, where you can actually get answers. Disappointed.
