they sold me a lemon; faulty engine then had nerve to send me a $1000 voucher to get another car. frauds
Vitor Vieira was awesome, very helpful , took the time and helped me get into the car I wanted to!
Placed a deposit on a car and came back two days later to make the deal. I was then told that the listed price was wrong and the actual amount would be $3000 more. They blamed Carfax and said that they have a disclaimer saying that the listed price is after a $3000 downpayment (which is not true, that was not listed anywhere on carfax). Sadly had to walk away from the deal. I would not have wasted my time and theirs had I know the actual price of the vehicle. This type of advertising is misleading.
Salesman Jose Ribera was very professional and personable. He stayed with us every step of the way during this purchase and made sure of a fair deal. We were out the door shortly after arriving and he made the buy very painless.
Walked in to look at a truck I found online, and was able to get a deal done same day. Ethan was a great help, and I highly recommend him.
