Rafael helped us out recently when our car experienced a sudden loss of power while driving from Pa to Ny. He listened to our concerns, looked at the engine and under the back of the car and suggested we take the car around in local and highway traffic to see if we would experience the same problem with him in the car. After about 10 minutes of driving he felt the car was safe to continue to NY. The car performed without further problems to NY and then back to PA.
