DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH PRESTIGE MANAGEMENT! THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE THIEVES! THEY HIRED ME FOR SNOW REMOVAL ON ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES THEY MANAGE, BRIGHTON PONDS IN ZION IL. AND HAVE YET TO PAY ME MONEY THEY OWE FROM A 10" STORM THAT FELL THIS SEASON. Worst HOA management company, in the history of all HOA management companies EVER! WORST!
Avoid this property management company at all means. For the past months they have not been cooperative in both returning phone calls and attending scheduled appointments. We have asked for statements of deposits from assessments paid and bills paid and the balance of overage and they have yet to provide one. They never answer the phone. You can stop by the location to find it locked up during regular business hours..To get in contact with anyone you need to use their "emergency number" for Amanda who also doesn't pick up. When Amanda does call back and you let her know you stopped by she's like "we were here." By far the worst HOA I have ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional.
