Prestige Management are threatening shareholders who simply asked to see the DOB permit and asbestos/lead clearance before they start ripping out walls while we live here. Construction done without engineer advice. We have the right to see proof that this work is legal and safe. Instead, they respond with threats. This is wrong and shows no respect for residents’ health or rights.
This company manages Esplanade gardens in Harlem they are the worst everything is breaking down and never being fixed we have been without gas for overa year and laundry room not operating because there's no gas you go to another building 5 of the dryers are not working they are not doing their job I wouldn't recommend For anything but to be replaced by someone else
Gloria Tejriro one of the worst property managers I've ever encountered. Lack of professionalism, very rude and a hypothetical liar. Stay far away from this mgmt company.
