They hired me to do 2 property surveys to determine if trees had been cut down in the common area. After completing the surveys I met on site and answered their questions. I was told I would be paid on 30 days which was ok. After over 3 months and constant excuses when I could reach them they told be they would send me half which I never received. THESE ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS and very unprofessional. My advise is to never do any work for them. I was told the HOA had approved the payment so I wonder where the money went?
very bad company, they lie to vendors and delay even paying them until you threaten lawsuits
