Even thousands of thanks to them will be less I guess..!! They are true saviors and man of their words. I have to plan for my husband birthday as a road trip between Miami and Orlando and at last moment, my flight got cancelled. I rented a Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 from Prestige this past May for 5 days and was very happy will the overall experience. I should have written a review earlier, but I wanted to make sure I shared my positive experience with Presitge before the "on" season arrived. Late delivery,,very late, about 11 hours late , told me that they have returned my payment when I wanted cancle.the reservation, they never did. Nor release my deposit.

I was a retuning customer, yet this year I was so dissapointed at how this company has lowered there standards by the staff they have today. The false promises given. A message to the owner, hope you are proud. Lost me and my family and more to come.

STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE LUXURY AUTO RENTALS. They are unprofessional and VERY unreliable. It doesn't matter how many times you confirm a reservation or speak with their office, you will be disappointed like I was. My reservation was made over 2 months in advance and I found out 30 minutes before pick up time that they didn't have the vehicle. I was quoted one price and when I arrived it was completely different. About twice the amount I was quoted online. Total RIP OFF!!
