Very rude, and grouchy lady. Just called to ask a few questions and she reminded me of a grouchy ol grandma,
She was friendly at first me, but after she got my money she was rude & condescending. She’d forget things then blame me. She talked to me like I was stupid. I noticed the other people that gave bad reviews are people of color. So now I think she may have thought she was superior to me for being brown. Definitely would not go to her again.
If I could give negative stars, I would most definitely have given that. Horrible customer service, horrible voice... guess I interrupted her cigarette break 🤷♀️ Thinks she knows better than what the court told me. Smh.
