If you are not an experienced builder, you better to avoid this company. They put all risks at your own and prices going up again and again after you signed the contract and paid the bond. My project ended because the council didn’t approval their design and I have to pay them the second time to do all the paperwork’s again. $8k paid to Prestige without any refund and extra $8k on other things, 6 months time wasted as well

We had a great experience with Peter and his team at Prestige, we had a custom built home which came from our concept design which was made possible with Prestige's drafting and engineering. They supplied everything we needed, was always available to discuss, provided timely updates and information, and basically everything we needed along every step of the way. The finishes and materials were everything we wanted and more, we would happily do it all again with them next time. Thanks again

After extensive research and the gathering of quotes, I settled on Prestige Kit Homes. While I chose one of their already existing kit designs, there was still opportunity to make changes to suit my needs. Nothing was too difficult; the staff were extremely responsive and helpful and the changes to the original design I made did not cost me an ‘arm and a leg’.
