Rude sevice wouldnt have a bar of what i needed looked at spoke over me repeatedly Resolved the issue elsewhere just needed a plug tested for the rite ohmes reading Ended up sourcine another mechanic to solve the problem) Another truck was in for a service and then told needs a water pump wont be ready till 3pm the next day get a call just after 8:30 am the next dah and its ready some more heads up would be great as we were already majorly under the pump with work

Pathetic service. Don’t take your old truck to them they will rip you off without knowing anything about the truck. I made a mistake. You don’t do . Pathetic service. Simply telling you they can’t fix your truck

I recently purchased an Iveco Daily truck, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. After owning the vehicle for only three weeks, the truck already broke down, which is unacceptable for a new or recently purchased commercial vehicle. A truck like this should be reliable, especially when it is used for work and daily operations. The breakdown caused significant inconvenience, loss of work time, and extra stress. We visited Prestige Iveco to test drive a van, having called in advance and checked three times the van was available to test drive. We were advised there were two vans available. On arrival firstly they said there was only one and then "they couldn't find it". We waited ages only to then be told we could see it but couldn't test drive. Apparently the one available was electronically connected to the other new van which has faults they can't diagnose so they've hooked the two together to try and figure out the problems! I recently visited Prestige Iveco Dandenong to inquire about purchasing a new truck, but unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory throughout. The salesperson's approach was assertive and closely monitored our interactions, which created an uncomfortable environment.
