The worst customer service. If your a new client of course everything goes fine, thereafter the communication is terrible. I requested multiple changes and none would be done, just don’t bother wasting your time. They just want your initial investment with the polices. They failed to change my address multiple times they never take fault for anything the assistant Cinthya is so rude! And Ralph in my opinion is NOT the person I would want helping me with a claim, unreliable! I just switched agents and I feel much more comfort... read more
Completely unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. They renewed my policy without my consent. Absolutely horrible. Do not use these people.
