Was with this company for many years maybe 8-9yrs. Prices were great. For whatever reason my renewal payment was taken but my auto payment failed to continue I was left without insurance for 6 months without being told. I called and to verify that that I was insured and I was told I was good to go. Later down the line I got into my first accident and they told me I was not covered and there's was nothing they or I could do.
