Notified after booking about potential for noise on the roof due to a repairs being done. They mentioned they were not booking the upper floors and this should reduce the noise while in the rooms... however, the issue was not noise from the roof but the large vehicles idling directly outside the room's patio door from 7am onward. These large vehicles poured exhaust fumes into the hotel room via the wall mounted AC unit making it unbearable to stay in the room. We had high hopes for this hotel. Doors are locked before 8 when we came back each night. On our last night we were told we could use our room cards at a different door. Our room was an afterthought. Tiny, off a side hallway and stairs. Tiny with a bed and a chair. Not even enough furniture to hold any of our stuff or sit. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker sitting on the floor. Absolutely wonderful service, very comfortable beds, and felt like a home away from home. Not to mention the staff are so friendly and accommodating! Will recommend to all family and friends travelling through and we will definitely be back!
