Enjoyed a 4 night stay! Room was comfortable and staff were pleasant/attentive!
Terrible experience, avoid this hotel. We tried to stay at the Prestige Hotel in Nelson and were shocked by how dirty it was. There were dead bugs on the floor throughout the hotel, and we even found a bug inside the bed. The sheets clearly hadn’t been washed but the bed has been made ready for the next guest. There were stains and human hair in the bedding. The shower and toilet were also filthy, with more hair and stains visible.
