Not amazing but not bad. The location is very convenient being close to the waterfront/park and downtown Nelson. You can also use the amenities at the other location in Nelson.
BAD...REAL BAD.....Do not stay at Prestige in Nelson ........
I don't need an accessible room but there are stairs to get to the elevator and stairs to get to my room from there. I was on a long work trip so had a large heavy bag and was not offered help except by another guest.
This was my first time booking at Prestige Inn Nelson, and it wasn’t a simple reservation - I was booking on behalf of a teammate, with a few specific and complicated requests. Despite that, the team at the hotel went above and beyond to assist every step of the way. Big shout out to Kayla, Charisse, Sheila, and Christine - each of them was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive. SHOCKING.....they say Pet friendly....but not Pet friendly.....Staff are Rude and Argumentative when discussing issues...Told them on two separate occasions in the last month....that we have a cat....Arrived at the Prestige Inn on Friday Night and they refused our reservation because we had a Cat.....they left us stranded and wevhad to scramble try to find another hotel... on a Friday night......absolutely pathetic behavior from this hotel and MANAGEMENT.....wake up and do your jobs...pay attention to what booking sites say ... read more
