Easy-going, clean, newer hotel.
I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have a negotiated rate, but this last experience was a serious miss. The reservation process was sloppy. The agent struggled to capture basic details—my name had to be repeated multiple times and was still entered incorrectly. More concerning, I was told a specific room was available and confirmed. This beautiful Hotel located in gorgeous Golden , we stayed there last night and enjoyed every minute of it, very nice and helpful front desk, gave us very warm welcome and gave us discount on the room and it was very nice and clean and quiet room. We are going to be there whenever we pass Golden , highly recommended 👌
Great hotel with great staff, only complaint is their antiquated Wifi security and login process. Fix this to industry standards and they're GOLDEN
