Arrived at 9:55 to a sign in the door that said "be back after 9:30pm." They weren't back until almost 11pm.
Unbearably musty, dank smelling room and bed. Had to sleep in the car. In stark contrast, the bathroom, towels and outdoors were very clean. So the only thing standing in the way of this motel and 5 stars is the damned carpet from the Addams family. Rip this health hazard out and replace with a cheap hard floor.
Like all other reviews said, it is outdated motel, the sink faucet is loosened , but their custermer service is very flexible, I booked 4 nights, but was able to change to only 1 night the 1st day of my stay. I do appreciate that!

Good rooms for the price. Very close to Purdue and other shops. Owners help and ensure your stay is comfortable. Good size rooms, with microwave and refrigerator. Each room has window heater/AC so there will be sound.
