Extremely poor customer service at VW of Pleasantville. After waiting over a year to schedule a recall (due to their backlog), they cancelled my appointment without any explanation. Long hold times every time I call, and when someone finally picks up, they’re rude and unhelpful. Rose Mary was dismissive and rushed me off the phone. My mechanic told me to have my car sent here for specific VW repair, he said it was one of the few "mom and pop" shops left. This made me exited as I hate dealing with dealerships. My car sat there all week with no update from them. When I called to ask what the status was of my car it took about 10 phone calls because as soon as someone said "hello" they hung up the phone and put me on hold until I came to a voicemail machine.
