Excellent staff, great hotel management
I attempted to reach out to James Frenis about an unresolved issue regarding an unpaid UPS invoice. The company has not resolved my issue despite the issue being less than $50.
Deceptive business practices, make promises to provide points and then don’t follow through.
Awful company to work for. Beware of the man whose picture is attached.
