Sold me a car that made an unbearable noise the moment I drove off. Brought it in 3 times to look and fix the sound but it always came back. Then they want me to pay more to open up the car and have a look at it. My old beater made less noise than this car. Waste of time and money I had to drive 45 minutes, cancelling work just to wait up to 4 hours for nothing to be done. Don’t do your business here.
Worst service, Three times they have wasted my time waiting for my car to be fixed. You go there early in the morning and drop off your car, and they you comeback in the afternoon and you see your car parked outside and nothing has been done. The level of customer service here is horrendous. You feel like you are in a third world country. Even staff in servicing needs a retraining in proper customer service. Just work in Bunnings where you can play dumb all day and no one would care

More like 0 star! 3 occasions that we brought in our car, took time off from work, booked in child for daycare and on 3 occasions they have not serviced our car because “THEY WERE BUSY”. No customer support or any sense of EMPATHY at all! ONGOING problem of overbooking clients! INCONSIDERATE of their client’s time and effort. We even phoned prior to the 3rd time of having our car booked in to inform of previous experience and they ASSURED us it will be done in the morning. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NON-EXISTENT even!
