Disgusting experience. They never send people on time. The nurses/therapists are terrible and they cancel last minute. They do not understand how to work with the insurance company. DO NOT USE and avoid at all costs. My father suffered a stroke and hasn’t been able to receive proper home care for the last month. Only used them because his insurance works with the company. Have filed a report with the insurance company to terminate the relationship.
