What can I say about working with Mike Insalaco? Met him just over 3 years ago. I was struck by his laid back but attentive approach…very obliging, no pressure and content knowing we initially had no solid timeframe to purchase. Allysa was an awesome realtor, very honest and stright forward. Made our searching experience easy. Will use her in future if needed. Highly recommend her
Mike is amazing! He’s found me two homes so far, and when I need a third, he’s the only one I’ll call :-) Whether you’re looking to rent or buy, call Mike! He’s takes the guess work out of trying to navigate the GTA housing market!
Allysa Rowe is absolutely amazing, she was able to help us find a place in such short notice, working together over the internet as we were looking to move from timmins to barrie. She offered to view the places with us through virtual video which was amazing because we lived 8hrs away at the time. She is caring and very understanding of our situation, we appreciated her help in finding a place, we look forward to working with her again when the time comes 😀
Mike and Christina were great to work with on the purchase of my condo and sale of my house. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be relatively painless, even fun. Although I initially was skeptical of Christina's property valuation, I came to trust her judgment and negotiating skill, in a market that was trending downward. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.
