Dan was fantastic to work with. He was very thorough during the inspection and took the time to explain where there could be an issue, and helped us understand what we would be taking on if there was a problem. Finding a professional and trustworthy inspector is hard, especially when you only use them a handful of times in your life, not many people have names on hand to recommend. I would absolutely recommend him to my closest friends/family.
