tried to refer a patient here and had the worst service from 'Anthony'. When I asked for a supervisor, he stated they did not have one and then that they were not in. Meanwhile we have a patient who has been waiting for care. Initially I was asked to wait 2 weeks for authorization. I waited the 2 weeks and called back to find out they don't have any patient by that name. ?? We have great management, they actually care if you are getting the hours you need, and communication is easy through the app. Employees are well trained and take pride in what they do.
