To say your committed to your business and your customers! This guy puts it in perspective! Had someone out next morning to fix our AC that was damaged from the lightning storm yesterday. This experience was dreadful based on the following: -Broke commitments to call back after getting a hold of one or both receptionists. The calls had to be initiated more than once after no responses to emails or initial call regarding availability for scheduling for installation, receipt of financial paperwork and scheduling for follow up to fix repairs for damage on initial consult and missed installation due to forgetting equipment.
