Many companies and contractors are busy and thus see you and your house as another job to rush through to get paid, but not Prestige. Eli great as usual. Found capacitor should be replaced. So far very pleased. Then got 325 plus 50 to replace. Checked capacitor prices and found all I saw were less than 50. Lots of complaints on internet of high prices 350 plus for this procedure. And still have year left on Goodman warranty. So love you thorough service but can’t afford paying so much more for your repair work
Happy with the service provided. The men stayed late in the evening to address the issue and get our unit back in working order.
