We had an outstanding experience working with Prestige MCC! In April of last year we embarked on a massive home reno, adding a full second floor to our one floor home and completely renovating the interior. Leo and the Prestige Mechanical team did a great job replacing two A/C zones in our home. They were quick and efficient, and their pricing was very fair. I recommend them, and will use them again in the future.
They were on time always made sure the place was as clean as when they arrived. When they first installed the HVAC unit there was a mechanical issue with the unit. instead of repairing a new unit they took down the unit and replaced it with another new unit. After the unit was installed and up and running they spent time with me teaching me how to program the unit and use the wireless remote. Great install!!!
From start to finish this process went smoothly! Lewis from Prestige was knowledgeable, was patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions before during and made himself available to us even after installation. He even reached out to US a few weeks after installation to see if anything came up that we needed help with or if we had any questions about anything. I HIGHLY recommend!
Louis Vargas was the representative that did the work at my house for a AC full replacement. Both the pricing and the men that did the actual work and installation were impeccable and highly recommended.
