From start to finish this process went smoothly! Lewis from Prestige was knowledgeable, was patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions before during and made himself available to us even after installation. He even reached out to US a few weeks after installation to see if anything came up that we needed help with or if we had any questions about anything. I HIGHLY recommend!
Contractor installed a dryer vent in two condo units. They were professional, thorough and kept in contact from start to finish. Even the Town Building Inspector commented on good the work looked.
Leo and his crew were top notch. He gave me multiple estimates to replace my condenser and air handler, and was realistic with me from the start. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything. His prices were great comparing to his local competition. His techs were fast, clean, and high quality. Leo came back after the install to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have no complaints. Great job Prestige!
I can’t conscientiously recommend this company anymore. They came to fix my split unit in my basement. It was supposed to be an easy fix of the flares. They sent 3 guys for a one man job. After giving an estimate of $600-$800, they billed me $1135. When we questioned the amount of hours and additional charges, they never answered our question. Just told us they couldn’t charge us less. What are $138 worth of consumables? Never got an explanation. Unless you want to over pay, don’t use them.
