This is my second project with Prestige, having done a Bathroom remodel in 2023. Now in 2025 a Samsung Heat Pump installation. I am extremely pleased with both projects. I was always given information about all aspects of each project, informed each time of days when certain work would be done. We had an outstanding experience working with Prestige MCC! In April of last year we embarked on a massive home reno, adding a full second floor to our one floor home and completely renovating the interior. We planned to re-use our existing boiler and add hydronic heat upstairs and some sort of ductless AC system, but in September we decided to pivot to a brand new heat pump system. From start to finish this process went smoothly! Lewis from Prestige was knowledgeable, was patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions before during and made himself available to us even after installation. He even reached out to US a few weeks after installation to see if anything came up that we needed help with or if we had any questions about anything. I HIGHLY recommend!
