Prestige keeps changing my son's primary physician every month and I have to call them every month to change it back. This is very annoying and frustrating. We have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow and we will have to miss that because Prestige is now telling us that we have to wait till next month to change back to his usual doctor effective. It is amazing that they do this. What if it was their family member who was sick and needed to be seen by their doctors. I guess they dont care about us.
