Haircut sure, hair coloring NO stay away!! They use really cheap products and will make your scalp itchy, not recommended! Do yourself a favor and pay more for a top level color salon!
I asked for layers and highlights and I LOVED what Raquel did for me! They were very nice and made it a 10/10 experience for me.
