Called to have a date of death carved into a monument. Paid for it over the phone (big mistake). Never heard from them. Was told when I finally got someone on the phone that they were so backed up it could take another month. Never heard from them. Called back and the phone was disconnected!
I bought a headstone for my deceased mother. I paid my bill and never heard back from them again!!
I placed an order for a ceramic picture of my son to place over the old wasted out one on 7/28/10 and also gave a $175 deposit . I found out a year ago that the company went bankrupt, or so I was told. I am still waiting for the item or a refund and I don't think I'm going to get either.
