This finance company is the worst. You don’t even have to be behind two days and they will be emailing and texting and calling and harassing you and also threatening you saying something about next steps. These people are the worst finance company have ever financed a car with in the sad part about it is I drive a Kia. The insurance runs me over $400 a month. They don’t care they still want the high payment as well. Do not please ever finance anything through these people.
This company totally harassed me I received 3 to 4 contacts a day from them. Phone..text email.
I believe the employees i was always speaking with before were 3rd party employees who dont technically work for prestige corporations. My wife and i have so many set backs we have never dealt with before , and prestige corp has gone up and out of thier way to help us in our time of need . The employees in the management office have been so very helpful with different types of programs to keep us on track and never miss any payments. Same experience of my principle not going down. On top of that, I got laid off in May...spoke with an account manager and was told that it is preferable if I could make payments by the end of the month that it's due, however, if I need to pay it later than that, just reach out and let them know and it will be fine. Now it is July and I reached out to them because I am unable to pay until August 1st as I am borrowing money for it...they told me I have to oay by July 31st or they will take my car and that they dont care what t... read more
