Overall we are pleased with how the deck turned out. We were pressured to complete final payment right as the deck was done as we were going out of town for 10 days following. Once back, we noticed some minor problems (uneven handrails and bowing out of the railing) that we requested be fixed. We have been following up consistently with Cy for 6 months and these minor problems have yet to be resolved. Edit: after writing this review they reached out and fixed the problems in our deck
I had to put in collections Cyrisha Torres (Graham) this company defrauds the workers, she hires people who don't get paid, I did two jobs in different houses for her and neither of them paid me, she owes me more than $11k, She being the owner of “Prestige Exteriors” and another company called “Royal Exterior” do the same and somehow manage to delete all the bad reviews that have been written here on this page by other people like me, I guess they pay a company to delete their bad reviews. iVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE IN THEIR ROSWELL OFFICE, BUT NONE OF THE NUMBERS WORK AND THERE IS NOONE, NOTHING, NADA EVEN AT THE OFFICE LOCATION. STRAIGHT OUT SCAM....
