Unfortunately, my experience with Prestige Electric was disappointing. I requested quotes from several local contractors for a panel upgrade; Prestige was the first to respond—and the only one to charge a non-refundable $130 fee for preparing a quote. I was told this fee would serve as a deposit and be deducted from the final invoice. When I questioned the charge, the founder, Jordy, assured me that paying a deposit meant Prestige would be more attentive than contractors who provide free estimates. These are the only people you want to install your EV charger. Friendly, efficient and tidy. They know alot about chargers and help you also understand your needs.
Prestige Electric was great to work with from start to finish, they provided me with great advice on the load switch for my A/C unit and gave me some tips on troubleshooting my hot tub. Jordy was awesome to work with. 10/10
